We have lived in Ormond Beach since 1996 and love it. There is a great sense of community with a nice art scene, great restaurants and plenty of community events. Oh, and the beach is tremendous. If you like white sands and gentle ocean breezes, this just might be home for you.
The Halifax River courses through Ormond Beach separating the peninsula from the mainland. Stately homes reside on both sides of the scenic river. Scenic John Anderson Drive runs along the river on the beachside and many beautiful older homes are available at incredible prices. Many of the river homes have boat ramps and river access. To the east, beautiful oceanfront homes run north from Granada Blvd.
