Ponce Inlet has some of the premier luxury condos in the Daytona Beach area and along the entire Atlantic east coast of Florida. There’s has ocean access from the Halifax River and many of the marinas nearby. The city is at the far southern end of the peninsula and is quiet compared to its neighbors to the north. Since it’s at the end of the peninsula, there’s no through traffic to the south making it much less congested.

The ocean is to the east and the Halifax River is to the west, but the land is narrow throughout the city. No matter where you are, you’re just minutes from the beach and river.
